When water started backing up into my basement, I knew my main sewer line was clogged. Following a recommendation, I called Rooter-Man of Easter CT, and I'm really glad I did. John Davidson returned my call within a half-hour, and while he couldn't make it that day (it was almost 3:00 in the afternoon), he promised to be at my home by 9:00 the following morning. True to his word, he was on my doorstep promptly at 9:00 and quickly set to work. In less than an hour he found the clog and cleared it, leaving no other sign that he had been there. He was pleasant and very professional, explaining each step in the process as he went, and his fee was reasonable. I hope I don't need to, but I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
