I’ve been in this house for 6 years and never needed a plumber before today. Today however our main drain was clogged. I was doing laundry and my husband was taking a shower both which caused water to be forced from the pipes and out the toilet. Our bathroom was flooded and the water from the bathroom traveled through our HVAC through a vent in the bathroom floor and to our basement. It was an absolute disaster. Because it was the Friday after Thanksgiving (and a huge power outage) no one was available. My mother suggested I call Rooter Man. I was so surprised when the woman on the phone said someone could be at my house within a half hour. The man they sent out did a great job and after a couple hours the problem was fixed. I am so grateful for your company. Thank you so much, you made a really terrible day a little better!

Dear Nelson, Derek and Dan:I just wanted to take a moment – at the end of a very long month for me and my family – to thank you for the time you took to come and “help us out” on Saturday, February 14th.When this “issue” first developed, I contacted a competitor of yours and due to a very bad first impression, did NOT pursue doing business with them. With my back against the wall, I grabbed the good ole yellow pages and found a local plumber – who I was very happy with.Due to the nature of the problem, however, they were not able to break through the blockage and recommended your company. I couldn’t be more happy with the way you conducted yourself with our “mess” and all while it was cold and snowing (yet again). After you left, I contacted the plumber and he came back and by 6:15 p.m. we had running water – once again! Oh, happy day!So, one last time, thank you so much for your help and assistance during this ordeal. You have certainly restored my faith and belief in humanity once again. And, I WILL HIGHLY recommend you to anyone who needs a ROOTERMAN!I went to your website to see if you were also on Facebook as I want to be able to give you a “thumbs up” but while there were several, none appeared to be yours.
