Dustin Did a Fabulous Job!
From the very beginning with the free estimate, to the work that needed to be done at my in-laws' house, Dustin with RooterMan did a fabulous job! We had a shower drain assembly and drain pipe underneath the house replaced, a kitchen sink strainer assembly and drain pipe replaced. The big problem was water jetting and videoing 94' of sewage pipe. Dustin did not give up until all of the tree roots in the sewage pipe were destroyed, and he provided a video of the final product. Additionally, he is an excellent and experienced plumber; most importantly, he takes pride in his craft! Thank you, Dustin and RooterMan.

Did great work in a short amount of time
Dustin and the RooterMan crew did great work in a short amount of time and at a reasonable cost. Dustin determined there was a broken cast iron pipe in the concrete slab and we got on the schedule shortly after. Dustin pulled the tub and shower, broke up the concrete, replaced the section of pipe, poured the new concrete, and reset the tub and shower in one day and as neatly and cleanly as possible. He and his crew were very conscious of cleaning up after themselves, which I appreciated since we are in the middle of a home remodel. I’d recommend RooterMan of Muncie for any project and will definitely call them again!

Dustin came out after hours when our sump pump quit working in very heavy rains. Instead of charging us for unnecessary repairs he quickly fixed the issue and left us with an estimate for a replacement pump that was much cheaper than what was quoted by another company!
