7/27/20, 5:05 pm Customer Service, Quality Jerry was thorough and made sure from the start to change out our system to one appropriately sized for our needs through verification of pipelines and county lift tie-ins rather than just replacing with a system that may not have served our needs down the road, which would have been the easier and more expedient path for him. I appreciate his honesty, effort and advice for continued maintenance.

We had plumbing problems and called Rooter-man. Thought we had a drain backup and found out it was not a drain it was the a/c leaking water down the furnace. So glad we called Rooter-Man. Because they were honest and solved our problem and we will be calling them again if we have any more problems.
