Rooter-Man was established in 1970 by CEO and Entrepreneur, Donald MacDonald, in North Billerica, Massachusetts. Through hard work, honesty, and a passion to solve the plumbing and drain cleaning problems of our customers, Rooter-Man grew to become one of the largest plumbing, sewer, and drain cleaning companies in the North Eastern United States. In 1981 Rooter-Man began franchising, selecting only the best of the best in the plumbing, sewer, and drain cleaning industries to operate under the Rooter-Man trademark and service policies. As a result of tremendous growth and success, Rooter-Man has grown to a network of over 480 locations across the United States and Canada and has been rated the #1 Franchise Opportunity in the Plumbing, Sewer, and Drain Cleaning Category by Entrepreneur Magazine for the last 10 years (2003-2012).
